Certified Professional Inspector: The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) is the world’s largest, non-profit inspection association. I currently hold multiple inspection certifications through InterNACHI, including Green Building and Home Energy Inspections.
CalCERTS Certified Rater: Certified by the CalCERTS as a Title 24 Compliance Rater. CalCERTS, Inc. is approved by the California Energy Commission (CEC) to implement the training and certification of Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Raters in order to serve a critically important function for ensuring high quality installation of energy efficiency features in California homes and certain commercial HVAC installations.
InterNACHI Infrared Certified: Without thermal imaging, some things go unseen.
